How do sales funnels work in Leadsales? 

As you may know, Leadsales is a CRM tool (Customer Relationship Management) focused on the management and tracking of current and potential customers. And how is that tracking done, you may wonder? You guessed it! With sales funnels.

First things first… Our software integrates directly with WhatsApp Business, which allows your entire team to have the same line of communication (yes, with the same contacts and conversations).

Once you’re registered on the platform and have logged in with your username and password, you’ll receive a QR code that needs to be scanned with your phone (and those of your team members) to synchronize them.

Remember that there are two types of accounts for subscriptions in Leadsales: administrator and user. The platform is almost the same for both, with the difference that the designated administrator has the ability to view all chats, assign them to salespeople, and send them messages.

User accounts, on the other hand, only have access to their own chats, funnel, and leads.

Funnels, Chats, and Leads

Now comes the good part… The main screen of Leadsales has, among other things, 3 different modes. Here you can choose whether to view the complete funnel, go directly to a personal chat with a client, or see all the contacts in the account.

Sales Funnels 

If you choose to view the complete funnel, the page will show you all the conversations and the stage they are in. You will also see the name, number, and assigned agent for each lead.

Something very useful that sets us apart as a tool is that, contrary to the literal image of a funnel, our funnels are not pointing downward. Think of it more like a funnel lying flat.

In Leadsales, we prefer to work with a horizontal funnel to the right because we believe it is much more functional than an endless list pointing downward.
