How much does Leadsales cost?
Leadsales has three plans. Billed monthly, they cost:
Basic Plan: $97 USD ($2,362.92 MXN) a month.
Professional Plan: $133 USD ($3,239.88 MXN) a month.
Advanced Plan: $247 USD ($6,016.92 MXN) a month.

What does my plan include, and what do I pay for separately?
Your plan already comes with the essentials to operate: active conversations, funnels, storage, users and the channels that come with your plan. If you're on Professional or Advanced, it also includes WhatsApp bulk messaging campaigns.
You only pay separately for what grows your operation: additional users, extra balance for WhatsApp bulk messaging campaigns, and optional add-ons.
WhatsApp API
Do I need to change my number to use WhatsApp API?
Depending on the connection method you choose, you can use a new number or migrate your current number to WhatsApp Business API. If you already use that number in the WhatsApp Business app, there are options to keep it.
In some cases you can keep using it on your phone, and in others the number is migrated to run 100% from the Business API. It all depends on the setup that best fits your business.
What requirements do I need to meet to activate WhatsApp API?
Meta asks for a few basic requirements, the same for any official provider:
Registered business: your business must be legally incorporated, with a tax registration (RFC, NIT, RUT, etc.) and up-to-date documents. For now, Meta does not accept unregistered businesses for this process.
Full control of your Business Manager: you must be the main administrator of the Meta account. Being a collaborator or having partial access isn't enough — we need you to have full permissions to set up the integration.
Your own website: you need a domain registered in your company's name (for example, yourbusiness.com). Social media profiles don't count; Meta requires an official website to verify your brand's authenticity.
Users and lines
How many WhatsApp lines can I connect?
You can connect one WhatsApp number per account, but your whole team can use it. If you need more hands, add as many users as you want to follow up from the same line, for an additional cost.
How many users can I have?
Each plan comes with base users, and you can add more as your team grows:
Basic: 3 users
Professional: 4
Advanced: 5
Additional users are a monthly extra whose price depends on the plan. You can add or remove them whenever you need.
Contract and cancellation
Is there a minimum term? Can I cancel or pause my account?
There are no lock-in contracts or minimum terms. You pay for the period you choose — monthly, or 3/6/12 months at a discount — and you manage it yourself from Settings → Subscription.
You can cancel anytime.
What happens to my number, data and conversations if I leave Leadsales?
Your number is yours, and so is your information. If you cancel, we keep your entire workspace — leads, chats and settings — for 90 days. If you come back within that time, you get everything back just as you left it. After 90 days, the information is permanently deleted.
